How to Use

• Before you start:
  • Before being able to use your ScanWatch 2, you have to download the Withings app in order to activate it
  • Use a trusted Wi-Fi network with your companion app. Do not use a public Wi-Fi network you do not know
  • Do not install the device on a smartphone that you do not own
  • The mobile application is not intended to be used on a computer. No indication of anti-virus software is needed
  • Only use official app stores (App Store or Google Play Store) to download the app
• Setup:
  • Once downloaded, open the Withings app
  • In the Devices tab, select “Install a device,” then select “Watches”
  • Select the product “ScanWatch 2”
  • Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to pair your device via Bluetooth. Then you will be able to go through tutorials to set up the watch
  • You may exit on-boarding at any time by tapping “Cancel”
• Please note:
  • ScanWatch 2 incorporates the medical device software Withings ECG App. Withings ECG App enables the detection of atrial fibrillation through ECG readings. The ECG functionality has been cleared by the FDA. Please read the user instructions carefully. If you have any concerns about your results, consult your doctor
  • The predicted fertility window and retrospective ovulation confirmation provided are for informational purposes only and are not medical features. It should not be used for the control or support of conception. Always consult a healthcare professional for fertility or reproductive health guidance
  • Temperature tracking is designed to indicate deviations from your typical temperature pattern and is not a medical thermometer. Temperature data should not be used to detect fever, or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Care Instructions

• When needed, use a lint-free cloth moistened with warm water to clean the top housing and casing of your ScanWatch 2
• Run the wristband under warm water and rub it with hypoallergenic soap to clean it. Dry the wristband with a soft cloth
