How to Use

• Foot and Heel Cream:
  • Apply to feet and thoroughly massage into skin 1–3 times per day as needed, focusing on rough areas, such as heels and calluses
  • Most people start seeing improvements in their dry, cracked, calloused feet in only a few days (but results may vary)
• Foot Peel Masks:
  • Cut along the dotted line as indicated
  • Place cleansed, dry feet into the inner pouch of the foot masks and apply stickers to secure them around your ankles
  • Leave on for 60–90 minutes and relax
  • After treatment, remove masks and wash feet with soap and water
  • Post-treatment:
    • Soaking feet in warm water for 15 minutes, every day for 7–10 days after treatment, helps activate the peeling process
    • You should start to see peeling 2 days after use
    • Dead skin may begin to peel anywhere from 3–7 days after application and may peel for up to 2 weeks after
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, allergic to any of the ingredients of this product, or have cuts or open sores on your feet
  • If you are diabetic, consult with your physician before use
  • Stop using if skin irritation occurs
