How to Use

• Lay the sauna blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface, like a hard floor, massage table, or yoga mat
• Make sure to have a barrier between your skin and the interior of the blanket. Use a towel for added comfort (not included)
• Plug the controller into the base and electrical outlet
• Turn on power and select heat level
• Sweat for 60 minutes maximum and be sure to hydrate
• The unit will automatically power off after an hour, or you can turn off manually
• When done, air out the blanket by unzipping completely

Care Instructions

• Wipe with a non-toxic disinfectant and let air dry for at least five minutes
• Store in a cool environment
