This product fits all Headlightz LED beanies, caps, and headbands except baseball caps and solid knit models.

The Replacement Light is designed to fit a wide range of Headlightz products. It snaps easily into place, provides powerful hands‑free illumination, and charges through any standard USB port. 

Features

• Includes one (1) Replacement Light in color of your choice
• Ideal for refreshing older hats or keeping an extra light on hand
• LED indicator shows charging status (Red = charging, Green = fully charged)
• Three light settings:
• Level 1: Single charge lasts approx. 5 hours
• Level 2: Single charge lasts approx. 10 hours
• Blue and red strobe: Single charge lasts approx. 96 hours
• Lithium battery tested by an independent third‑party lab for safety and duration claims
• Rubber housing tested by an accredited third‑party lab for lead, DEHP, DBP, and BBP compliance

Care Instructions

• To charge:
  • Remove the LED unit from your hat
  • Insert into any standard USB port (charger not included)
  • Confirm the red light appears to indicate charging
  • Charge for 90 minutes for a full charge
• To clean: Remove LED light before washing your Headlightz item
