How to Use

• Turn it on—select red light, near-infrared light, or turn on both for most benefits
• Don't like the bright light? Just select near-infrared light. Don't like the warmth? Just select red light
• Set up 6”–12” from the body area needing support. Session should be comfortably warm. If it gets too warm, increase distance from the panel
• Enjoy a 10, 20, or 60-minute session
• It’s recommended to use your Red Light Therapy Panel once per day, 3–5 times per week

Care Instructions

• Store the device at room temperature in a dry environment in its original packaging

• Avoid overly bending, stretching, or crushing the device while it’s stored or while traveling with it

• Avoid storing the device folded, in a dusty environment, under direct sunlight, or in damp or humid conditions

• The device contains no serviceable parts

• Clean the device with a damp, clean cloth. Then let it air dry

• Do not use any cleaning appliances on the device as these may damage it
