How to Use

• Use once per day on any one mode for 10 minutes, 3–5 times per week. Do not use all three modes in one day or in one session
• Modifications can be made in the length of session time or consistency (3x/week instead of daily)
• The mask should feel comfortably warm. Reduce session time to ensure a warm, comfortable session
• If you have light sensitivity, light sensitive skin, or darker skin tone, more warmth may be felt with the use of red light therapy products. Start with the light sensitivity test (refer to user guide) before use

Care Instructions

• To clean, use a disinfectant wipe or preferred disinfecting cleanser and a cloth

• Do not submerge in water or put under running water

• Air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry
