How to Use

  • Download the app: Download the free PlankPad app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to your smartphone or tablet
  • Place the board: Position the PlankPad board on the floor, preferably on the included anti-slip mat to prevent slipping and floor damage. Ensure you have enough space around you
  • Place your device: Launch the app and place your phone or tablet on the designated area of the PlankPad’s surface. The app will align the display using the gyroscope and prompt you to start
  • Get into position:
    • Get into a proper plank position
    • A proper forearm plank involves:
      • Aligning your elbows directly under your shoulders
      • Keeping your body in a straight line from your head to your heels, avoiding sagging or piking your hips
      • Engaging your core, glutes, and quads
      • Keeping your neck in a neutral position with your gaze toward the ground
  • Start training: Once in position, you can start a game, guided workout, or a 30-day challenge within the app. Your body movements and weight shifts will control the on-screen action, making the workout more dynamic and fun
  • Progress and adapt: The app offers various difficulty levels and tracks your progress. Start slowly, even if it's only for 10–30 seconds at a time, and build up gradually
