How to Make

  • Slow-Fermented Pita:
    • Preheat regular oven to 350° F
    • Put frozen pita on middle rack without a baking sheet
    • Bake for 8 minutes
    • Be careful when opening the pita as it maybe still hot inside
  • Maple Belgian Waffles:
    • Preheat regular oven to 400° F
    • Put frozen waffles on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
    • Bake for 4–6 minutes
    • Alternative method: Put frozen waffle in toaster for 2 minutes until exterior is caramelized. Carefully remove from toaster, and let cool for 3 minutes
  • Slow-Fermented Ciabatta Sandwich Rolls:
    • Preheat regular oven to 380° F
    • Put frozen ciabatta rolls on middle rack without a baking sheet
    • Bake for 8–10 minutes until crust is dark golden brown
    • Check oven periodically to make sure your loaf is not overbaking
    • Important: Let cool at least 5 minutes to finish the bake
  • Classic Cheesecakes: Thaw on counter for 15 minutes
  • Slow-Fermented Ancient Grain Ciabatta:
    • Preheat regular oven to 400° F
    • Put frozen ciabatta on middle rack without a baking sheet
    • Bake 18-22 minutes until crust is dark golden brown
    • Check oven periodically to make sure your loaf is not overbaking
    • Important: Let cool at least 20 minutes to finish the bake
