How to Use

• Unlock and register your device before the first use:
• Download the FAQ™ Swiss app on your smartphone
• Log into your account or sign up for a new one
• Add device (on the top of your screen)
• Choose device series
• Press and hold the universal button to connect your device to the mobile app
• Fill in the purchase information
• Your device is now ready to use!
• Clean and dry your face and neck carefully so there is no remaining residue of any kind. Then, apply FAQ™ P1 primer or your favorite conductive primer to your skin, distributing it evenly across all areas you wish to treat
• Press and hold the universal button for three seconds to turn on your device
• To turn radio frequency on/off, press the RF button on the device
• The indicator lights underneath the universal button indicate the Power-RF intensity. You can adjust the intensity as desired by using the + and - buttons
• Each time you press the LED button, the LED-Pulse light will change to a different color. Pressing the LED button once more will turn the LED light off
• Lightly press the base of your device to your face, so that all five gold plates are in contact with your skin
• Slowly glide the device in tight circular motions and/or straight lines across each facial area for one minute per treatment area
• Press and hold the universal button for three seconds to turn off your device. Then gently massage any remaining primer into your skin or rinse off

Care Instructions

• Always clean your FAQ™ device thoroughly after use
• Wash the entire device with warm water and soap, then rinse with warm water
• Pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth or towel
• Note: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone
