How to Use

• Charging:
  • Place Embr Wave on magnetic charging base, aligning gold dots on bottom of device with gold pins on charging base. Plug into any USB port (not included)
  • Indicator light flashes green while charging is in progress
  • Battery indicator light is solid green when the battery is fully charged
• Using the Embr Wave:
  • Wear Embr Wave on the inside of your wrist
  • Press either button once to wake up your Wave
  • Press the dotted button once to start cooling 
  • Press the blank button once to start warming
  • Press and hold either button for one second to manually stop session
  • Use Embr Wave for at least two weeks to give your body time to adjust
• App:
  • Free Bluetooth smartphone app can be downloaded from the iOS or Android app store. Instructions are in the included quickstart guide
  • Supported devices running iOS 14.x and higher and Android 10.x and higher
  • Select duration options from 1 minute to 9 hours
  • Reprogram device buttons for fast access to your favorites
  • Track and optimize based on your unique patterns
