Cooling Compression Hand Sleeve

Say goodbye to wrist and thumb pain! This cooling gel sleeve gently hugs your thumb and wrist to help relieve aches and stiffness. The cushy gel pad supports the thumb and wrist, while compression reduces swelling. All you need to do is pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours and let the icy magic do its work! This sleeve is designed to provide short-term cooling relief as part of the RICE protocol (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation), and can be worn for 15–20 minutes at a time.

Sizing

• S/M: 5”–8” wrist circumference
• L/XL: 8”–11” wrist circumference

How to Use

• Cool the sleeve in the freezer for at least two hours in its storage bag

• Check the sleeve to ensure it’s dry with no visible ice crystals

• Slide onto the affected area and relax for 15–20 minutes as per the RICE protocol (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation)

• Remove the sleeve and store it back in its bag in the freezer

• Allow skin to return to normal temperature and sensation before reapplying

• Important:

• Use this product only as directed

• Not recommended for individuals with impaired sensation, poor circulation, diabetes, or other conditions affecting skin sensitivity. Please consult a doctor first if you have any health concerns

• Do not use if the product is wet. Do not use on broken or irritated skin and remove immediately if you experience numbness, burning, stinging, or excessive discomfort

Care Instructions

• Wipe with a slightly damp towel, lay it flat, and allow it to fully air dry before using again

• Do not machine wash or tumble dry
