How to Use

• Installation:
  • Thoroughly clean and dry selected surface for mounting. Carefully peel paper backing from double-sided adhesive disc and place light in desired location. The bulb mounts magnetically to the base
• Other mounting options:
  • Since the base of the bulb is magnetic, you may place it against most smooth metal surfaces
  • You may also manually operate the bulb as a “grab and go” flashlight. Use the built-in flip-up loop to hang the bulb on a hook, string, or bungee cord
  • The base also features two keyhole mounts (hardware not included)
• Manual operation: To manually turn the bulb on, press the black power button once on the bulb. Pressing it again shuts it off. Note: You must use the remote to change colors
• Remote operation:
  • Pairing: Press the power button once to turn the bulb on before using the remote functions
  • After turning the bulb on manually, point the remote directly at the bulb and push the Off button and On button to turn it back on. This process pairs the remote to the bulb
  • To select a specific color, press the On button and then press the desired color on the remote. You can choose up to 12 colors plus white
  • To access the color-changing mode, turn the bulb on with the remote and then press the Multicolor button. To select white, press the button on the top right of the remote
  • To turn the bulb off at any time, push the Off button
  • Timer operation: To use the timer feature, select the desired light function, color, or mode, and press the 4H button on the remote for a four-hour timer the 8H button for an eight-hour timer. The bulb will blink once after pressing 4H and twice after pressing 8H to confirm the timer mode
• Battery replacement:
  • Bulb:
    • To replace the batteries in the bulb, unscrew the silver battery cover at the bottom of the bulb and slide the battery cartridge out
    • Remove the batteries and replace them with three new AAA alkaline batteries, following the diagram inside each battery chamber
    • Replace the cartridge with the positive or “protrusion” end first. Screw the battery cover back on tightly
  • Remote:
    • To replace the batteries in the remote, turn the remote over. Push the battery tray lock to the right and slide the tray out
    • Remove the battery and replace it with a new CR2025 lithium button cell battery positive side up
    • Slide the battery tray back in until it locks
  • Caution: Replace all batteries at the same time. Do not install batteries backwards, charge, or put in fire. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries. This may cause batteries to leak or explode. Old or discharged batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly, according to local regulations
• Important: If you will not be using the light for an extended period of time, or if the light is in storage, you should deactivate the remote to prevent the light from draining the batteries (the technology used in the light draws a small amount of current even when the light is off, as they are searching for a signal from the remote). To deactivate the remote, press the On button and then press the Off button. Remove batteries from the bulb and the remote for long-term storage (more than 30 days)
• Warning:
  • To prevent serious injury, including temporary or permanent loss of sight, do not stare into the light, shine light into eyes, or focus the beam using an additional lens
  • Keep away from infants and toddlers as this product contains small parts
  • This product is not a toy! Use this light only as it is intended. Inspect before every use. Do not use if parts are damaged, loose, or missing
