How to Use

• Place in freezer 1–2 hours before use to soothe aching joints
• Slip over wrist and thumb. The soft fabric ensures a snug, comfy fit
• Wear during rest or light activity for cooling relief and gentle compression

Care Instructions

• Wipe with a slightly damp towel, or rinse in lukewarm water. Do not put in washer or dryer
• If the sleeve becomes damp, lay it on a flat surface and allow it to fully air dry before continuing use
• Do not use wet towels under the sleeve. Do not use if pack is damaged or gel is visible. Do not ingest gel or put gel in eyes
