Crafted from ethically sourced, quality ebony—one of the world’s most prized and luxurious woods. The cable on these needles is both flexible and kink-resistant, while the smooth, snag-free joins and the built-in swivel mechanism lets the cable rotate freely, preventing twists and reducing hand fatigue. Durable brass fittings, engraved with needle sizes for easy identification, add a refined touch and lasting practicality.

Features

  • Smooth, warm polish allows yarn to glide effortlessly
  • Premium quality, rotating, kink-resistant cable
  • Engraved sizes on brass fittings
  • Built-in swivel mechanism
  • Made from ebony wood

Measurements

  • Needle length: 5” (12.7 cm)
  • Tip to tip length: 32” (80 cm)

How to Use

  • Cast on: Cast on the total number of stitches your pattern calls for, right onto the circular needle—just like you would on straight needles
  • Check for twists: Before you start knitting, lay the stitches flat along the cable to make sure they aren’t twisted. The cast-on edge should form a smooth ring at the bottom
  • Join in the round:
    • Hold the needle tips together so the working yarn (the strand attached to your ball) comes from the right-hand needle
    • Insert the right needle tip into the first stitch on the left needle and begin knitting
    • This first stitch connects your circle
  • Knit around:
    • Knit across all stitches—when you reach the stitch marker, you’ve completed one round
    • Keep knitting around and around; your work will grow downward from the needle into a tube
    • Follow your pattern
    • Switch between knit, purl, increase, or decrease stitches as directed—exactly like you would on straight needles
