• M: Best fits women’s US shoe sizes 8–9.5, youth/men 6.5–8
• L: Best fits women’s US shoe sizes 10–11.5, youth/men 8.5–10
• XL: Best fits women’s US shoe sizes 12–14, youth/men 10.5–12

• If you’re between sizes, it’s recommended to size down for the best fit

Care Instructions

• Clean foam insoles by hand-washing with mild soap and warm water, or a 50/50 water-vinegar mix
• Avoid full saturation to prevent damage
• Gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse, and air dry completely
• Never put insoles in a machine or dry on high heat
• Odors can be neutralized with baking soda or by freezing the insoles
