How to Use

• Terra-Core Balance Trainer:
• Use the Terra-Core® Balance Trainer on a flat, non-slip surface to ensure stability during workouts
• Inflate the dome to the recommended firmness using the included pump. Do not overinflate
• Scan the QR code located on the side of the Terra-Core® platform to access free exercise videos and workout inspiration on YouTube
• Wear training shoes or go barefoot. Avoid cleats or footwear with sharp edges
• Versa-Tube Plus:
• Use on a flat, clean surface to prevent wear or snagging
• Avoid sharp edges or abrasive flooring
• Do not overextend beyond resistance range

Care Instructions

• Terra-Core Balance Trainer: Clean the surface with mild soap and water only—do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
• Versa-Tube Plus:
• Wipe down after using with mild soap and water
• Store away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve elasticity
