How to Use

• SkinSafe 58° F:

• Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes
• Insert in bra for direct to skin cooling for up to 30 minutes 
• Re-cool in refrigerator to reuse

• CoolNow 80° F:

• Cools at room temperature of at least 75° F—no refrigeration necessary! 
• Insert in bra for direct to skin cooling for up to 30 minutes 
• After use, set aside at room temperature. It naturally re-cools within an hour
