How to Use

• Refrigerate for 30 minutes
• Wear directly on the skin or over light clothing for at least one hour
• Use the adjustable straps to secure the Cool Wrap comfortably around the chest to back area
• To help alleviate menopausal hot flashes, wear twice a day for an hour 
• Re-cool in refrigerator to reuse
