How to Use

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Wear directly on the skin or over light clothing for at least one hour
  • Use the adjustable straps to secure the Cool One comfortably around the desired area—back, hip, belly, chest, arm, or leg
  • Adjust the compression as needed for support and relief
  • Re-cool in refrigerator to reuse
