How to Use

• Place the blanket flat on a bed, couch, or floor
• Connect the controller and plug into an outlet
• Hydrate well before starting your session
• Wear light clothing, or use the provided detox wrap/towel
• Zip yourself inside, leaving your head outside
• Select temperature and session time (30–60 min)
• Relax while the far-infrared heat works
• Power off, unplug, let it cool, and clean before storing

Care Instructions

• Always unplug and allow to cool (30 minutes) before cleaning, folding, or storing
• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth or antibacterial wipe. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking in water
• Disconnect all cables before storage and keep in a cool, dry place
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the blanket
