How to Use

• Setup:
• Remove the Rumblex Max from the shipping box and remove all packaging
• Remove the plastic screen protector from the control panel
• Insert 2 AAA batteries into the remote control
• Loop resistance bands through the metal rings on the front of the unit
• Insert the power cord firmly into the power jack until you hear a click, then plug into a wall outlet
• Flip the power switch on the front of the machine to “on”, then press the power button on the remote control
• Using the Rumblex Max:
• Start with 10-minute beginner workouts and gradually progress over several weeks
• Stand with feet close together for an easy workout; feet further apart for medium or intense vibration
• Use the remote control to adjust speed and settings once exercise has begun—do not use the control panel while the unit is in motion
• Never get on or off the machine until it is completely stopped
• Do not use for more than 30 minutes per day
• Drink plenty of water before and after exercise. Do not use on a full stomach

Care Instructions

• Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth or soft towel. Do not use abrasive, solvent, or chemical cleaners
• Equipped with a transport wheel and handle for easy movement and repositioning. Store in a well-ventilated area away from dust, moisture, and direct sunlight
• For long-term storage, remove batteries from the remote control. Cover the unit with vinyl or similar covering to keep out dust and dirt
• Inspect and tighten all external screws periodically. Vacuum regularly to prevent overheating. Always unplug before cleaning or storing
• Do not allow more than one person on the unit at a time
• Always inspect the unit for damage or loose screws before each use. Do not use if damaged or defective
• Consult a medical professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a chronic condition
• Stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain or difficulty breathing
• Always wear appropriate athletic clothing and shoes. Do not use in socks or slippers
• Keep infants, children, and pets away at all times
• Do not use after drinking alcohol or taking medication
• Place unit on a level surface with at least 8 ft of clearance behind it. Use the exercise mat to protect flooring
• Do not use outdoors. Intended for in-home use only
• Always unplug the power cord when not in use
