How to Use

• Relax Topical Patches: Place one patch on a hairless part of the body like the inner arm. Remove and discard after 8–12 hours. Patch is not waterproof
• Magnesium Bath Soak: Pour contents into warm, running bath water. Mix to dissolve. Take deep breaths while you soak for 10–20 minutes. Use caution exiting the tub as it may be slippery
• Under Eye Masks: Gently apply each mask to clean, dry skin beneath the eyes, leave on for 15–20 minutes, then remove and discard to reveal a refreshed and revitalized look
• Calming Day Tea: Steep tea sachet in hot water for 5–7 minutes and enjoy as is or with a touch of honey or lemon. Can also be prepared as an iced tea. Add fresh mint, lemon slices, or a natural sweetener
• Hand Sanitizing Wipe: Use on surfaces or hands to clean
• Magnesium Muscle Mist: Spray and massage mist onto areas of body where muscles will benefit from recovery
