How to Use

• Track Blood Pressure Monitor:
  • Wrap the cuff around the upper arm with the cuff tube pointing downward
  • Make sure the cuff is about one finger above your elbow and fits one finger between your arm and the cuff
  • Position your arm so the cuff is at the same level as your heart, and sit down with your back supported and feet flat on the ground
  • Relax and press the start/stop button and get your result on the LCD display (works without the app; app connection is optional for extra features)
• PT3 No-Touch Thermometer:
  • Point the probe at the center of the forehead from less than 1.18” (3 cm) away
  • Gently press the “Measurement” button
  • The device vibrates once the reading is obtained
• Nexus Pro Wireless Body Composition Scale:
  • Install the batteries and place the scale on a hard floor
  • Download the iHealth MyVitals app and add the scale as a new device
  • Step on to start measuring—your results sync via Bluetooth when you open the app

Care Instructions

  • Store the monitor in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures
  • Clean the cuff and monitor with a soft, dry cloth; do not immerse any part in water
  • Remove the batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period
• PT3 No-Touch Thermometer:
  • Keep the thermometer clean and dry when not in use
  • Gently wipe the sensor area with a soft cloth or cotton swab as needed, and avoid using abrasive cleaners or submerging the device in water
  • Store it away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Remove the batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period
• Nexus Pro Wireless Body Composition Scale:
  • Place the scale on a hard, flat surface for accurate measurements
  • Clean the glass platform with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly before use
  • Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, and store the scale in a dry environment when not in use. Remove the batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period
