How to Use

Turn on: As you’re going to bed, turn off all other light sources and turn on Helight® Sleep. It will emit pure red light at a very specific wavelength and intensity
Close your eyes: Helight® Sleep signals your brain it’s time to sleep and helps you relax while promoting natural melatonin production
Relax and sleep: After 14 minutes, the light will gradually fade out and automatically turn off after 28 minutes
Although many will feel benefits from the first few days of use, some might take up to 21 days to feel an impact on sleep quality. For optimal results, use every night
