How to Use

• Place in freezer for 1–2 hours before use
• Slide on over the knee. The soft fabric ensures a comfy fit
• Wear during rest or light activity for cooling relief and gentle compression

Care Instructions

• Wipe with a slightly damp towel or rinse in lukewarm water. Do not put in the washer or dryer
• If the sleeve becomes damp, lay it on a flat surface and allow it to fully air dry before continuing use
• Do not use wet towels under the sleeve
• Do not use if pack is damaged or gel is visible
• Do not ingest gel or put gel in eyes
