How to Use

• Remove the insoles that came with your shoes and replace them with your Athletic Insoles
• Keep your insoles in a single pair of shoes to ensure they effectively mold to those shoes—they should last as long as the shoes do
• Wear your insoles for 10 hours. As they break in, the cork will mold to support your feet in the shoes you’re wearing
• If you experience initial issues with sizing or fit, try your insoles across a few pairs of shoes to see if the problem persists
