How to Use

• Apply one coat of Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer and let it dry. Then apply a second coat and let it dry
• Apply one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over the Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for an ultra-glossy finish. Let dry
