How to Use

• Step 1 – Exfoliate: Apply Melt Away Cuticle Exfoliator to the cuticle area. Allow to sit for 1–2 minutes, then gently push back cuticles. Rinse thoroughly and dry nails
• Step 2 – Treat: Apply one coat of Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat to clean, dry nails. Wear alone or follow with your favorite nail lacquer
