How to Use

• Slide onto your foot like a sock, with the seam positioned on top of the foot and secured with the heel strap
• Begin with short wear periods (30 min) and increase as comfortable
• Can be worn barefoot or inside shoes
• For comfort, ensure toenails are trimmed before wear
• Material is expected to relax after a few weeks but not continue to stretch out
